At Cloud & Cura, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund policy gives you options.

Refund Options

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request:

1. A full refund of your order.
2. A partial refund.
3. A discount code for your next order.

If you choose a refund but do not wish to return the product, options 1–3 apply.

Returns

If you prefer to return your item instead:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be returned to the nearest warehouse location of Cloud & Cura.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

By requesting a return, you agree to cover the cost of shipping back to our designated warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
